Hello. I have been told that this device, as primitive as it is, is a form of open communication to the community of residents here. Who seem to mostly be human. But that is another matter entirely.

I am Lauri-Ell of the Kree. I have some questions that I wish to see if people can provide answers to.

[She sighs. This is all so... strange.]

I have been told that I am stuck here and cannot return to space where my people are. I have been allotted a residence as well. It is much larger than I have ever had to myself. Not like my sister's place, but it's... Empty.

Is there perhaps somewhere that I could acquire cut flowers to liven up the room? Nothing potted.

Oh, and what do people do when they are not in their residences?

Yes. Recently there was quite a bit of conflict on and around Earth. But we have brought it back to peace.

Was the conflict of Earth origin? I'm...having difficulty processing something so large. My world only...started exploring space recently.

No. Not in any way that they should consider it so.

So, other worlds brought their conflicts to them.

Yes. It was not something my people wished. But Earth had something the Cotati needed to conquer the universe.

And Earth was in the way?

No, earth was their tool for victory. Specifically the Vibranium rich soils in Wakanda.

War over resources.

No. Not at all. They wanted the rich soils because it would make the Deathbloom grow larger, faster, stronger. And thereby be able to kill all non-plant life in the universe.

It still sounds like warring over resources, regardless of the motivation.

I do not believe it is as you see it. They have a personal grudge against my people, and those of my Emperor. And for that they lash out at animal-evolved life. They wished to return the universe to a guardian. With no animals at all.

It's worse, then. Humanity was trapped in the middle.

Not in the middle. They had a side, our side. They just did not know before it came to them.

Fortunate the aliens were friendly.

[Not all worlds can say the same. When JENOVA came to their world, it took all the Ancients had to contain it.]

Many are not. Races do not like each other.

My world was nearly destroyed by one entity from beyond the stars...and human foolishness.

Yes, I understand this complication. My people have been at war for thousands of years.

After so long...do you remember what you're fighting over?

Until the Emperor took the throne, we were fighting because we had always been fighting. I know the origins of the war, of course. But the purpose was long since foolish. Now we fought because we had always fought, and for those who had already died. No good reasons.

Between our species? Yes. We are united under the Emperor Dorrek-Vell. He is of both and neither of our species.
