[Yuki is seen bundled up on his porch with a cup of hot chocolate next to him. It's snowing with a crescent moon hanging in the sky and Shigure is out in the snow, blissfully jumping up at the flakes to playfully bite them as they come down. The blue chocobo Haru too is nearby, pecking at the ground, occasionally watching the dog.]

I know it's a bit early to tell, but I hope the snow doesn't get to the point of being stuck in the house.

[He turns only slightly to the camera and then looks away from it.]

But it makes me wonder..what did everyone else do during the winter in their worlds?

I'm not sure if it was last Winter but someone made a whole row of them.

A whole row! Their hands must have been so very cold. How do they tolerate this?

[He shook his head with a smile.]

They wear gloves.

Gloves? I cannot imagine what leather gloves would manage to do. And my forge gloves keep away heat, but they would suck up water rather easily.

[Yuki laughed lightly.]

No, the snowmen are usually given knitted gloves, ones made from yarn.

Really? But they do not have hands to get cold.

[He nodded.]

Usually they have little sticks for hands.

How interesting. I was not aware of that.

[Still, she can understand why that might be. And it would look better.]

It's okay, I'll have to make one at some point and show you what they do.

That would be good. I do enjoy learning new things.

[He smiled.]

Good. We should make some time to do this. I have been more busy lately than anticipated.

As long as the snow stays, we can do it next week.
