Okay, all my non-locals who have set up or helped set up businesses, I need input.

Minimoff Deliveries is growing a bit faster lately than expected, and the stall isn't enough. Anyone got ideas on how to go about securing, like, a loan or something to get a slightly larger place? I feel like the crew and I need an actual building now.

It needs to be a place that's market adjacent or in it, and I've got my eye on one that has two levels and so can serve as a great base of operations. But damn I need a bit more coin to manage this.

Most of what I make goes right back into the business, so it's not like I'm rolling in the funds to secure a whole building and do the renovations for it. Thoughts? Advice? You can have reduced cost deliveries for thought help. Please, I need to be good to the crew here.

Is the building stable and serviceable that you're looking at? How soon would you need the building?

I mean, it's going to need renovated for purpose, lots of custom furniture and the like, making a break room and storage spaces and all that shit. Fuck I'm becoming a post office.

But yeah, it's serviceable and stable. And the sooner I get it the more likely it will be useable by winter.

I've never really heard of anything about getting loans here. Now I wonder what the banking system is precisely, I guess I've never quite thought on it.

Perhaps you could petition the Aspects themselves? Or maybe I could do a sponsored sale at my café with proceeds going towards your renovations!
