Not just physically, but their heart too. It feels like...it must be a very different process from the way things are done in the forest.

Labyrinths surround the hearts of the races, my friend, but you cannot make someone yours. They must want it.

Surely there is a way to sweeten it, make them more inclined...

It would be much easier if I could just build a nest and win them over that way.

Mortals find their homes in the hearts of others. My best advice is to...let them know you. They'll know if their home is there.

Back home, I would offer my forest. I'm not sure if my heart is a suitable shelter or not.

It isn't your place to choose. Give yourself to them, and respect what they desire.
