[The knight isn't seen at first because he is attempting to learn to use this communications device and it's unlike anything he's ever dealt with. Fortunately a local helped show him the basics, but getting all of that down into practice isn't going to work well at first.

What is shown is a sword point down in the ground as leaves there surround it. A black gloved hand picks it up and the camera slightly wobbles as there is an attempt at keeping the weapon in view.]

I do not suppose that anyone here has lost such a finely made weapon?

[Well now that was something he hadn't thought of because he was going by Erdrea's rules of curses and things of that nature.]

How does one tell if it has been cursed?

Does it glow or talk? Or feel prickly when you touch it?

Then luckily you probably haven't found a cursed sword. Congratulations.

A fine weapon it is. [Says the elf with ebony skin and white hair.] I can say with confidence it is not mine, though. Do you require aid to find its owner?

[Asking for help wasn't a familiar thing. However, circumstances were quite different than what he was used to so the knight nodded.]

It might return to the owner faster in this case.

It might. Is it a well-used blade?

[The knight raised the sword up to take a good look at it with the question posed. After a few moments of his blue eyes scanning the glade, he shook his head.]

It appears to be new.

I had not thought of that. But I can indeed see if perhaps the blacksmith is missing a blade.

[He smiles. There's something endearing about a man immediately assuming a warrior had lost his blade rather than a merchant his wares, though the latter was more likely.]

Well met, Hendrik of Heliodor. [While it's still awkward to communicate in this fashion, he's becoming more accustomed to it and he steps back from the Tell Phone enough to give a small bow.]

Have you need of aid in your quest to find the blade's owner?

[Hendrik appreciates the bow as it's not unfamiliar to him. And while he wanted to be his usual proud self, if this man wished to assist, they may find the owner who surely was in need of their weapon. Still, part of him resisted.]

It would be a shame if they did. Swords of such fine quality are hard to come by.

[Which is exactly why he had checked to make sure that Longclaw is still exactly where it should be, despite the fact that he would never be so careless as to lose track of his sword.]

Indeed they are. At least that is what I assume is the same as it is from my home.

[And heavens forbid someone could get hurt if they didn't know what they were doing.]

What will you do if no one claims it?

[He knows if he lost his sword, he would want it back. Though he also wouldn't lose his sword in the first place.]

It is not mine, but I know not what to with it or where to turn it into until the owner comes to claim it.
