Leon was out and about. He didn't pay attention to much to his surroundings, because going to the Coliseum to fight for him was just 'another day at the office'. So he kept his eyes straight ahead and kept moving. There was a fight lined up and he fully intended to lay the person out flat.

As he walked towards his destination, Leon could feel the fire inside of him rolling around and he couldn't wait to use it.

But as he continued, a lone veined leaf got stuck inside of the fluff of his jacket and he pulled it out to look at the offender that dared snag itself in the white lining.

And that's when the memories came out when he looked at it quizzically.

[ There's absolutely nothing weirder than seeing some sort of version of yourself. She tilts her head curiously. ] So...that's the me you know? I like her dress!

[Leon hadn't realized he'd been subjected to this whole memory thing until Aerith piped up. Still he couldn't help but laugh slightly at her words.]

Guess it might be a different version of you or something.

[He couldn't explain it.]

I think so. That's super weird! But...interesting. Makes me wonder what her life was like. How different it was or how similar.

[ She smiles though. ] I'm glad she had such good friends at least.

[Leon went to open his mouth, but anything he said would be assuming their lives were similar in which he was somehow pretty sure wasn't the case. So he tried a different approach with her.]

You two would definitely get along.

[cetrary]

Thinking about getting along with myself is kinda weird. How long have you two known each other?

[heartofalion]

This whole situation is weird.

[He was laughing it off but deep down he still couldn't piece it together.]

I'd known her since she was little. Always trying to be nice to people who I thought she was wasting her time on.

[That statement included himself.]

[cetrary]

Weird is a good way to describe it.

[ She laughs at that, because well, weirdly it does sound like her. ]

That so? Who did you think she was wasting her time on?

[heartofalion]

[As half happy as he was that she agreed with him (because he didn't like when the 'other' her didn't) Leon wasn't about to give himself away here.]

Probably mostly everybody she knew. She was always kind and level headed. She could disagree with just a look and that was more than enough.

[cetrary]

I hope that I have people that talk about me that nicely.

[heartofalion]

[Leon was pretty sure that this Aerith was the same.]

Don't know unless you ask.

[cetrary]

Oh? Should I just ask some people what they think about me?

[heartofalion]

[He's not falling for that.]

People from your world probably have good things to say.

[cetrary]

Probably. Maybe. I'd hope so.

[heartofalion]

[Leon had to smile.]

I'm sure they would, even if they never say so.

[Especially since this Aerith seemed a lot like the one he knew back home.]

They should say so then! Right?

[heartofalion]

[He nodded.]

If you ask, they should answer.

[cetrary]

I'll ask then! If it goes badly I'm blaming you though.

[That had him laugh a little.]

I got broad shoulders, I can handle it.

[It wouldn't be the first time that he took the heat for someone else. It was all part and parcel to being the head of the Restoration Committee.]

[cetrary]

You know you do have very broad shoulders. Which is a nice look!

[heartofalion]

Uh..thanks I think.

[cetrary]

[heartofalion]

[cetrary]

I guess I'll just have to take it.

[heartofalion]

[He shakes his head.]

The other's you can be like that too, the giving compliments thing.
