[Llewellyn was prone to losing things, misplacing them or forgetting where he put something. So for most of the day he just felt frustrated with himself. At least he did until he heard that someone else was rather concerned about things being missing… Perhaps there was more to it.]

Mm… My pocket watch has been missing since this morning, it wasn’t where I thought it would be when I went to put it on.

[This better not be like how he lost his hat, he’d be getting rather grumpy if that were the case.]

There was an odd smell around my apartment, if that’s what you mean. I thought it might have drifted in; I tend to leave my windows open for air. It was… A bit like eggs that had gone off…
