Um.
[There is a tremble of concern in Nida's voice, like he isn't certain how to ask what needs asked. And, along with it, the noise of a chocobo, warking at him]
I could use a little help.
[A louder wark this time, followed by an undignified yelp.]
Make that a lot of help. Give me back my boot you plague-ridden-
[The sound of ruffling feathers and another bird-noise.]
Please, just... someone has to be good with these horrid birds. I'm begging for a rescue here.

Nida? Where are you?
Re: [Audio]
[He yelps again as there is the sound of large feet scrabbling against the tree.]
[Audio]
[That tree held very fond memories.]
I'm on my way.

[He's trying to keep the worry out of his tone at this point because he doesn't need to alarm the man any more than he probably is.]

He stays up on his branch, looking down in concern at the chocobo, which was watching him very carefully.]

So as soon as the advisor gets there he sees Nida and the chocobo. And while he'd planned to use them on a chocobo later at some point, now was a good time too.
It didn't take too long, but Ignis at last got the chocobo away and distracted with eating. As soon as it did, he looked up and nodded to his beau.]
You should be safe now. Would you like some assistance to get down?

[Colour Athala pleasantly surprised, she didn't know they had chocobos here.]
They ain't that bad, probably just wants some gyshal greens the poor bugger.

[Someone has a bad history with the birds.]
no subject
[She is absolute amused by this.]
D'ya want a hand, I think I've got some gyshal greens on me and I can probably wrangle it if that doesn't work?

[A loud kweh comes across the audio from his end, as if in accusation.]
Yes. Please. All the help possible. I'll owe you. Just... Get this beast away. I'm on top of the gazebo near the fountain square.
no subject
Sure, won't take me to long to get to you.
[It takes Atha about five minutes to come across to the fountain square and all she needs is one look at Nida on top of the gazebo and the chocobo harrying about the edge of the structure before she bursts out laughing.]
Y'know, I thought you were exaggerating but I can't remember the last time I saw a bird this wound up. [Atha makes a short, sharp whistle and waves some greens in the direction of the yellow menace.] C'mon chocobo, I've got something much tastier than person here for you.

Hyne take all damn chocobos from my sight.
[As for the bird, it definitely notices the greens. It turns from Nida and his perch, walking quite calmly toward Athala. Once not looking at Nida, the bird does calm down, offering a curious kweh as it approaches. Greens are good. It can has?]

You know, this chocobo looks a little different to the ones at home. More plumage, less sleek and streamlined. Wonder if it rides different...
[More considering looks are given to the chocobo before she turns back to Nida's predicament.]
Y'should be alright to get down, the chocobo won't be getting away from me even if it tries to.

[The things are evil either way. Nida didn't like them any time they showed up. But, with her restraining the thing with an arm around it, he leaps down lightly, frowning at the thing.]
I know a restraining hold. Fuck, I just don't know why the things hate me. True back home, true in the last world. I must have been a gyshal green in a previous life.

Chocobo's are peaceful. They won't hurt you if you don't attack them first.
