Everyone where I'm from knows the stories of the train graveyard! It's...well, exactly what it sounds like. [ She laughs, though there's a distinct edge of uneasiness in her laugh. ] It's a graveyard but for trains, just a large sector with a bunch of abandoned run down trains. That sounds creepy enough all on it's own right?

To make it even more creepy it's known to be haunted! A lot of children have gone missing there and people have claimed to see ghosts when they've passed through there. Most people just avoid the place.

I don't blame them either! We had to go through it and we found the ghosts. Not all of them were bad, some were the spirits of the children that had been taken. One even helped me, or they tried the best they could.

There was a fiend there that fed on human fear. It could manifest the memories and sorrows that linger around people and then it used that to trap and kill them. It got stronger by devouring the innocent and weak that came through.

[ And it was pretty awful. ] We fought it though, that fiend. [ She paused for a moment. ] I hope we don't see anything like that here.

II. Off Limits Flower Shop
Aerith hadn't been gone from her shop too long today. She'd only stepped out briefly to grab some lunch and bring it back to eat while she made some new arrangements. Evidently it was long enough for little robots to invade. She had a small bag with a few pastries in it in her hand as she tried to open the shop door only to be bumped into by a singular red saucer. She jumped back as it took a more defensive position at her door.

"Hey, move! I need to get back into my shop!" Because she really thought that just shouting hey move would work. Of course it didn't, in fact it seemed to somehow summon more of them. It was like some sort of horrific invasion of the mechanical menaces. All of them were repeating the same robotic words of

"Access denied" as they swarmed to create a barricade between her and her shop.

"What do you mean access denied? This is my shop!" One bumped into her hard and sent her stumbling back, causing her to drop her back which only added fuel to her annoyance. "My lunch!" Was it the most healthy lunch ever? No, but it was going to be good...

"That's it!" She grabbed a broom that had been propped up near by and began swinging it at the little things. Hitting them as hard as she could with it. "Shoo! Shoo! Out of here! Don't make me use lightning. I'll do it!" Would it be a smart idea given where she was? Maybe not but she was getting more and more annoyed with these little pests that were denying her entrance to her own shop.

III. A Secret Garden Haunting
After the unfortunate incident with a rather large beast running through her garden Aerith had quite a lot of repairing to do. It wasn't as bad as it could have been, luckily it was just some of the flowers on the path leading up and a few of the bricks around the gate. All in all it could have been a lot worse. Still, she was eager to patch up the flower beds as quickly as she could. Which was precisely what brought her out here today with her little shovel in hand. She was bent over a patch of sunflowers humming when a chill ran down her spine. It was a strangely familiar chill, one that she wasn't excited about feeling.

"Um....is anyone there?"

Of course there was no answer to that question and instead the cold chill just seeped further into her skin, causing her to wrap her hands around herself as she shivered. Then she spotted it, a familiar ghost that began to float around her.

"Oh no..." she scrambled up as familiar feelings of fear and loneliness began to swirl around her. She remembered playing a game and being left behind, left alone, and that memory caused her heart to sink deep down. It was overwhelming, the sadness, the fear, the memories, it was all coming back and washing over her as more of the ghosts showed up around her. She knew what it was, knew where it was coming from, and yet she couldn't seem to pull herself out of it.

Instead she just crouched back down in the garden and put her hands over her head as if that would somehow help. It wouldn't, especially not if Eligor was here as well.

Kinda sounds a lot like places in my world... After you fought the bad ghosts, was it safer?
