[The feed turns on and five different foods appear, along with a red drink and lemonade nearby.]
Well hello there, I hope this broadcast finds all of you well. As you can see, I've been rather busy creating new menu items to try.
[There's a brief pause.]
But before I introduce them, if you feel like sharing your own recipes from home I am more than happy to work on recreating them here. Now then.
Left to right, I have honey muffins, crab croquettes, a futo-maki roll, and I've procured the ingredients for a pizza which was a rather interesting adventure.
[Of course the pizza was made with a certain boy in mind that lived with him and one he made melted cheeses for all of the time.]
For dessert I've made an Apple strudel, and you can wash it all down with this concoction called Pixieberry tea. Do keep in mind it was made with strawberries which can be substituted for cherries. And if that's too much, I do have lemonade handy.
So do bring your appetites if you make it out this way to try these dishes.

Audio;
That all sounds rather good. But I admit you have piqued my interest at the mention of futomaki. I haven’t had it in quite some time.

There's plenty here if you care to take a stroll up this way. When we had the Winter faire here, I picked up plenty of cookbooks. That recipe was in it.
[He thought a moment.]
I do believe there's one for Matcha as well. But I haven't attempted it as of yet.

[ Matcha? Well, Yusuke has worked a little with it as well. The green is a lovely canvas to work upon as much as coffee based lattes. ]
I have gotten rather good at making matcha in the last little while working here. I could probably assist if you like to see it done.

[And of course Ignis made sure it was mastered before he advertised the dishes. So if he needed to whip up anything, he could definitely replicate what was here. But when he heard about the making matcha, that had him smile.]
I would certainly appreciate that input if you have the time.

[ Look, the teen even learned to clean up after this particular brand of art! Or at least he recognized when working in a place with beverages that it was, compared to painting. ]
And it would be my pleasure to provide it in thanks for your prior kindness during our past meetings.

Well then, I will look forward to your arrival and we can go from there.

[ Yusuke tended to be rather quick on his feet when he wanted to be, and the reminder that one needed to eat and that he was hungry was a nice motivator. Once he’s done cleaning up properly, he shouldered his satchel and started in the direction of the lodge. A familiar tall, dark-haired figure entered through the doorway, tilting his head one way and another as he admire the inside of the space before looking for Ignis. ]
Good afternoon, Ignis. I trust your day has gone well since speaking?
no subject
[And then when the lad came in, Ignis was just finishing drying a dish and nodded.]
My day has gone well thank you for asking. How about yours?
no subject
Indeed, it has been pleasant enough as days go. I’m glad to hear yours has as well!
no subject
It has so far although I don't expect that to change.
no subject
[ Yusuke is well aware of how fast things change around here, after all. He’d hate to invite misfortune on a perfectly nice day. Letting the handle of his satchel rest on the back of a chair, he smiled thoughtfully. ]
Would you like me to show you matcha preparation or shall I try your new menu selection first?
[ Yusuke was rather happy either way, but he does remember his manners and offers to assist before stuffing his face. ]
no subject
[Having said that, Ignis got into waiter mode.]
What would you like to try?
no subject
[ And his stomach is growling, yes. This was the wiser course of action. ]
I believe I am still very interested in trying your Futomaki!
no subject
Well it sounds as if your stomach is rather agreeing with your choices.
no subject
Yes, well… I may have gotten a bit distracted this afternoon and focused on practicing over meal breaks. So this is an excellent reminder that I needed a meal, for which I thank you!
no subject
You're quite welcome.
[But then he had a question of sorts, keeping it limited so the other could eat in peace.]
If you're not painting far from here, you're always welcome to stop in and have a bite.
no subject
That is kind of you. I shall have to remember that and take you up on the offer if I happen to be nearby.
[ There were plenty of things to see around here, things he could probably find an interest in painting depending on his mood and the subject he desired. Even if he couldn’t take the practice and improvements back with him, it was important to him to keep working on it. ]

[this was where Ignis was going silent and keeping himself busy. Yusuke needed to eat and he needed to work, so there he was nearby doing some simple wiping down and cleaning tasks. But cleanliness and organization were two things he tried to instill in his staff.]
no subject
This was quite delicious, Ignis. You have done a magnificent job on the dish, and I thank you for the meal!
no subject
You're quite welcome. Is there anything else I can get you?
no subject
No, my stomach is quite satisfied now. I thank you for allowing me to sample the new dish. I believe it shall be quite popular!
no subject
I certainly hope everyone enjoys it as much as you did. That would be good for business.

[ Yusuke smiled lightly, it seemed to him that the lodge was well spoken of among those he’d met already. So he felt rather confident in his statement. ]
no subject
[Ignis himself drove himself crazy when he attempted to get anyone outside of the Lodge's review. So he worked on keeping those inside happy and well fed. His years of dealing with Noct helped him with his rather formidable customer service skills as well.]
So what are your plans for the rest of the day?
no subject
[ He responded with a light smile, folding his arms lightly with a tilt of his head. What indeed, he was done at the café for the day and now he had a full stomach… So the answer fell between scouting around the harbor district and going to the Thieves’ Den, or returning to the House of Solace to paint. Not that he couldn’t paint at the Den, but he had projects he didn’t want one of his friends to see yet. ]
Since I am finished work for the day, I believe I shall return to my accommodations to work on a painting that I had started a little while ago.
