[The video turns on and Yuki is seen with his back to quite a few clutches of tomatoes in baskets and there are more than a few bushels of strawberries as well. Shigure is heard barking somewhere nearby after a moment or two of silence. And that makes Yuki speak up.]

I seem to have a lot of these tomatoes and strawberries this year. I guess I didn't realize that I had planted that many. So I have plenty to give away if anyone needs them.

Alright, I'll be there in about fifteen minutes.

[ Yin can be found patiently waiting at the fountain, still. Her hands are in her lap. ]

[Yuki gathered everything up and saw Yin sitting there.]

I'm sorry, were you waiting a long time for me?

[moonlitrequiem]

[Yin gives a slow shake of her head.]

No. [Her voice is soft and even, even for such a small word. Her expression remains slightly vacant, perhaps an expression that can be read as permanently sad. She offers no greeting to the new person, still learning those.]

[Yin would be unable to tell how long she was waiting, having been programmed to wait for long hours of doing nothing, to sit still and simple wait until given instructions. Waiting was one of the things she was nearly made for.]

[Inwardly Yuki breathed a sigh of relief at hearing that Yin hadn't waited long. Having someone wait was rude, even if the delayed arrival hadn't been planned. So at least there was that. That relief was definitely in his tone as well.]

Good, I'm glad you weren't out here long.

[He started getting the tomatoes ready and smiled.]

I wasn't sure how much to bring, but I definitely brought more than a little bit.

[She might not be capable of expressing relief, but Yin can hear it. Her head tilts as a little as she tries to look at him. Like always, she manages to look in the direction of the person's voice, but doesn't quite find their eyes. It's okay.]

How many?

[She asks and reaches out to feel them.]

Oh..uh..there's about ten good sized tomatoes.

[He wasn't sure at first as to why she was reaching out but he gently pushed the fruits towards her in the basket, so she could feel them, yet he didn't let go of the basket itself.]

Did you need more than that?

[moonlitrequiem]

[Her hands gently feel them over. Yin doesn't want to squish them.]

No. I wasn't sure how many I need. This is good.

[At least, she thinks it is. She's never had so many tomatoes all to herself, before. She might even make sandwiches with them.]

[Yuki felt concern as her hands ran over the fruit.]

Do you need help with them at all?

[moonlitrequiem]

[Yin is accustomed to being self-reliant due to her profession as a spy for assassins, so it doesn't even occur to her to consider help, or that company might just be nice.]

No. [That's all she says in return to Yuki's kind offer, without explanation, but she does note he made an offer to her when he did not have to. He seems a kind person.]

You really do not wish for compensation?

[areasontohope]

okay.

[At least he'd offered to help, and that was all he could do here. But at her question he smiled and shook his head.]

I'm honestly okay, I grew way too many so I'm happy to see them go to other people. So no compensation is necessary, but thank you for asking.

[Yuki seems very sure of that, but some part of Yin is - bothered isn't the right word, since it's not a strong enough emotion for that, but the fact it exists is worth mentioning - concerned about not giving something in return. She's learned about proper compensation. But she doesn't have the programming or energy to persist, either. She's not fighting that side of her, yet.]

[He considered her for a moment and thought to offer to help again but that would more than likely be seen as rude and that was something he reserved for those who deserved it, and that person wasn't here.]
