[The video turns on and Yuki is seen with his back to quite a few clutches of tomatoes in baskets and there are more than a few bushels of strawberries as well. Shigure is heard barking somewhere nearby after a moment or two of silence. And that makes Yuki speak up.]

I seem to have a lot of these tomatoes and strawberries this year. I guess I didn't realize that I had planted that many. So I have plenty to give away if anyone needs them.

Well, I’m sure people will appreciate the chance to have some, so I doubt you’ll have to worry about them going to waste. Strawberries and the things you can make with them are fairly popular. I’m sure more than a few people will be happy to have the chance to enjoy some fresh ones or take them off your hands for baking.

And I believe they would make a nice surprise for Rhy later. If you would like anything in exchange for them, I’d be uh- happy to work something out.

[Yuki nodded. Llewellyn had a way of making Yuki feel better somehow. Sensei had the same effect and it was nice to be able to let the tension in his shoulders out.]

Right, I'm sure people could use them. I just wasn't sure if people use them all that often I guess.

[At the request of exchange, he shook his head.]

If I can think of something I'll let you know. But other than that, I'll be happy to just have you take some of these off of my hands.

Strawberries have a lot of uses in baking, to my recollection; cakes, pies, other pastries… Then there’s its use in jams, or even just with cream for dessert.

[ Ah, now Llewellyn is hungry… Oh well, the perils of talking about food. ]

Well, if you think of something definitely tell me, but for now I’ll thank you for the kindness. Mm… What would be preferred? Should I come by or do you want to bring some with you to the office?

You're making me hungry with the talk of all of that food.

[But then Yuki nodded.]

I'll bring them to the office tomorrow morning if that works for you?

[ The detective chuckled a little at that, smiling lightly. ]

I admit, I uh- have made myself a bit hungry as well. Seems a bit inevitable considering the topic, though.

[ But at the office tomorrow, that would definitely be just fine! ]
