[At first an umbrella appears on the feed and it seems to be moving with some regularity. After a few moments, it stops and is lifted, slightly showing Leon's face as his gaze looks up at the building.

After a moment, he realized the feed was on and shook his head.]

Who ordered this weather?

[And in the next moment, the rain stopped and a sigh came from the warrior.

This place is just crazy sometimes.

I know that I certainly did not.

[ He sounds like he’s trying to convince himself of that a little, actually. Unscheduled, inconveniently timed downpours happen around him with comedic frequency.

Also, this sure does sound and kind of look like that masked teen that fought alongside you a while back, Leon, without the mask. ]

It is rather severe at times, I must admit.

[The voice had him recalling that boy in the mask that fought alongside of him, but he wasn't one to jump to conclusions, so he was going to wait.]

Glad to hear it. Not sure what all of the rain's going to do anyway.

I know a little rain is good for plant life, but this does seem to be bordering on excessive at this point.

[ And inconvenient, he doesn’t like getting drenched! ]

I truly cannot figure out the weather patterns in this place.

[Leon sighed.]

No real sign of it stopping it seems.

[He then shook his head as he looked at some noise being raised by kids who were having a great time.]

Doubt it'll stop soon.

Unfortunately not, as with that lingering mist encroaching upon the city, the rain seems intent to continue to fall.

[ It was truly concerning! ]

Makes it rather difficult to go out, or at least uncomfortable for long periods.

[Leon nods to what he's hearing. He's uncomfortable, but he won't say as much.]

If this keeps up I'm gonna have to just call it a day.

[And therefore he views his time as wasted.]

It’s hard to say if it will let up or not, it seems to come and go so randomly. It might be smart to save your errand running for another day if it’s already hampering your ability to do them. I do hope they aren’t time sensitive, though?

He sighed. "Wish I could put it off." Except he wasn't the type to do such a thing. Whether that was fortunate or unfortunate was another thing altogether.

"Just wanna get things done and get them over with."

I cannot blame you for wanting to get things done. I find myself rather vexed when I must put something on hold as well. I’m not entirely sure what your current errands are, but I hope that you have a chance to get them finished without too much further trouble.

[The more the other spoke, the more convinced Leon is that this was the kid who fought beside him. However, he wasn't going to bring it up.]

I appreciate that. Finding these addresses in the rain is something else.

Good, I was going to be disappointed if it was held against me. It is weird though, isn't it? I hope it doesn't flood or something.

[Leon shook his head.]

Going to look at a spot for to make camp to see about restoring this place bit by bit.

[She was one of the few people that he would never tell to 'go talk to a wall' or something similar.]

World shaping technologies?

Yes. Terraforming was a given, but once you reach that technologic step it becomes rather easy to account for controlling weather.

[He made a 'hmph' noise.]

Weather control sounds pretty handy.

It is. Provided one does it properly. If not you can ruin the natural balance of a world.

That's for sure. But I have to wonder if all the rain is doing its balancing act.

[Leon half frowned.]

I really hope this place doesn't try pulling that.
