Memory Share Broadcasts
[ It was an odd day.
One Lord El-Melloi II had never addressed the network properly before. In fact, he only tended to even respond to people on it if it seemed necessary or the subject sparked his interest. He wasn’t a social creature, after all. So it’s quite strange for there to be a series of broadcasts, all showcasing particular moments in his life that he certainly would not have been open to sharing. Although some might have been... a bit confusing, considering they seemed to focus on a young man named 'Waver Velvet.' If it weren't coming from his phone, some might not have made the connection.
Needless to say, once he realized what had happened? He was going to have the fun of explaining that… Either on the network, or (if anyone is bold enough to show up on his doorstep) in person should they find him hiding in his workshop in the harbor district. ]
Memories:
(Note: All of these are written versions of scenes and vary in length, as finding decent clips is a nightmare)
Class Ridicule and the Theft of a Relic - Fate/ Zero memory - Conent Warnings: Public humiliation, Nobles in mage society are elitist assholes - Wordcount: 1650
The King's Request - Fate/ Zero memory - Content Warnings: Acceptance/resignation towards the possibility of death - Wordcount: 963
Finding Family - Fate/ Zero memory - Content Warnings: None, the Mackenzies are too wholesome. Glen MacKenzie took one look at this teenager who tricked them with magic and decided 'Well, he's our grandson for real now.' - Wordcount: 805
Becoming Lord El-Melloi II - Casefiles Memory - Content Warning: Abduction, guilt, someone taking advantage of said guilt - Wordcount: 1887
A Collision and Absurd Nicknames - Casefiles Memory - Content Warnings: None, just Flat being ridiculous and getting on Waver’s last nerve - Wordcount: 1024

[ Iskandar had hated how Kayneth hid in the shadows and let Diarumuid do all the work instead of standing by the knight. So when the man threatened from afar to teach Waver a lesson for his crime, to kill him personally. Iskandar had ridiculed the man quite thoroughly in return. ]

What did you do?
text;
[ Although it was Reines’s belief that Kayneth would have died anyway because he wasn’t suited for its tactics or combat, and was too overconfident for his own good. Waver had never been quite convinced of that since he was pretty sure that of either of them he was the one more likely to die. ]

I think I have an idea, but I want to make sure I'm right before I assume.
text;
You’re probably correct in your guess, but to confirm it…. Using the relic in a particular ritual will call the spirit of the being attached to it from the throne of heroes to join you during the grail war.
text;
The hero could have saved his life, but he didn't have it when he needed it. Still, you can't rely on the power of others alone to win your battles for you, can you?
text;
I can’t deny that’s true… But it isn’t as though I contributed much to the hero I summoned, myself. He deserved a better mage to stand by him than he got too. [ Which is part of why he wants to compete again, not only to see him again… But also to do better for him and prove their loss was his fault alone. Even if it would only be proving that to himself, considering the man wouldn’t remember him. ] And at the end of the day, I’m the one still alive. And it wouldn't be right for me to not take responsibility for the consequences of my actions.
text;
Blaming yourself doesn't serve any purpose, though. It was war. There are better ways to take responsibility than just carrying your guilt.

If I have any say, no one who shouldn’t be there like I was will be. [ Flat hounded him for stories about the Grail War, the kid was fascinated by it… It was sometimes a worrying notion to think of. But it would be a cold day in hell before he let that happen, at least if he had any say. ] But it’s not that simple, Ren. There are things I still have to do, someone I have to see.
text;
[Their own situation was complicated and straight-forward. They'd known what they needed to do and they'd done it.]
I don't understand the situation.
I get that.
But I've dealt with complications before.

[So very long.]
Sensible's a good thing to strive for, though.

[ But he’d still be nosy, and over observant. Ren was turning out to be a bit of a puzzle and Waver didn’t tend to ignore those for all that he kept telling people he wasn’t a detective. ]
