[Angeal is sitting outside feeding a bunch of hungry little turtles who are almost climbing over each other in an effort to get closer to the man. For whatever reason, he can't seem to get the little bits of chopped apples from the small knife in his hand into their mouths fast enough. His pup is by his side barking excitedly and wagging his tail at the creatures that were coming up out of the water to feed. However, he's tied to a tree a little further back so he can't actually reach anything.

The former First class' head shakes, and then he looks back at the pup. In short order he realizes the camera is on.

Well then.]

I checked around in the market and it seems that no one's heard of peanut butter. Is that not something that's available here?

[Angeal smirked as Zack complimented him. But then it turned to a good natured shrug.]

I didn't say you were a kid.

[Even if he acted like one at times. And it took death to show the Former First Class that they balanced each other. Angeal slowed Zack down and Zack lit a fire under Angeal's ass when he needed it, not that he'd ever admit that.]

But look around, and see what you can do.

[Zack nods and offers a smile back.]

I'm going to. Thanks for the advice, Angeal. I'm going to get on it right away.

[That's more like his pup but Angeal doesn't say so.]

I'm sure you'll find something.

[After all someone as kind and handsome as Zack was, and considering what happened to him back home, fate couldn't be that cruel to him twice.]

[It would be his only easy way to spend time with his pup. It was hard being Zack's equal in rank sometimes because Angeal needed to be needed and that was why he took the man as a boy. He lost Genesis to Sephiroth and was tired of being their balance. So he went looking for someone who would need and depend on him and learn the right way to do things.]

[Cook dinners for him? Zack's shocked by the suggestion, but he's definitely pleased to hear there's some home cooked food that might be offered to him.]

Awesome. Mom always banned me from the kitchen. I wasn't very good at it.

[That earns a chuckle from him, and he nods.]

That reminds me though, I should figure out what I'm making for dinner tonight.

[Of course now Zack has to come up with something.]

Any chance you're good at doing meatloaf?

[He laughed slightly.]

We can't just have meatloaf. What do you want to go with it?

I love mashed potatoes with it, if that's something you're chill with.

Mashed potatoes?

[He stopped and thought a moment.]

I haven't had those in a long time. Mashed potatoes it is.

Awesome! Just like Mom used to make. Except it's you. So it'll probably be smoother. Plenty of muscles for mashing!

[Angeal couldn't believe he was hearing this.]

So your mom made lumpy mashed potatoes?

[That muscles comment had him wonder for a moment, but then he dismissed it.]

Yeah. Which wasn't a problem at all. Because then BAM! Wonderful chunk of potato with all of your other potato!
