I'm taking a magic course at the Academy. It's all pretty new to me actually.

You are welcome. I'm surprised to see anyone doing such things here. Honestly, it was hard enough to even get my companions back home to study and we went to the same school together every day. [ So it's lovely to see people with discipline here. ]

I see. Magic sounds quite interesting. Does your world not have such things?

Yes, at least that we knew of. Since arriving here I have learned of others beyond those I knew of that had the Potential.
