Hey, looking for some advice! I need to find something pink. Clothing or an accessory. I've got this really important meeting, and I'm supposed to wear pink. Except I'm really new to this place and I literally don't know where any of the shops are.

Not that I'm lost or anything. I've got an awesome sense of direction and all of that.

Anyway, uh, advice is totally wanted. Not the greatest at picking out clothes and stuff.

Oh, and is there a weapons vendor anywhere?

[Angeal lowered his head slightly. Trust Zack to bring something like that up. So he turned his attention towards the pup and spoke.]

Not everyone is like you Zack.

[What did he expect? Angeal had hurt him in a real way. And that hurt, even years old, was still there. Though he's not a kid anymore, so forgiveness is a tough more complicated.]

The world might be better if people were just a little more like me.

[Pained blue eyes looked at Zack for a moment, before there was a hint of a smile.]

Sorry to inform you Soldier, but you're one of a kind.

[Which was what he'd thought the day he'd chosen the other as a mentee.]

[He's not part of Project G after all. Not really.]

[That's evasive. Zack gestures to a couch out here and moves to sit down on it.]

So, how long have you been here?

[Angeal didn't move to sit next to Zack and remained standing. But he set the puppy down and let it go sit next to the taller pup on the couch.]

I haven't been here all that long. A few weeks maybe at most. I was in the Lifestream and then showed up in this place. I was given some backpack and a gnome ran off after hearing some sort of half assed explanation as to what to do here.

[Angeal, stop being so boring and come sit down. Geez. Well, at least Zack can pet the puppy now.]

Yeah, that sounds just about right for what I've been through. Guess I'm right there with you, except I don't remember getting to the Lifestream properly.

[That got a pair of blue eyes to look at Zack.]

[He remembered being thankful for it. For the fact that it would wash the blood he had accidentally smeared on Cloud’s face and in his hair away. Cloud should never be bloody like that.]

Yeah. The… the sun was starting to come out, I could barely feel it on my face as I lost awareness. And then I was here.

[Sorry, Angeal. He missed the touching moment of you coming for him.]

[He kept quiet about coming to get him and let it go. It wasn't worth mentioning since Zack obviously missed that part somehow or this world did something akin to a fast forward.]

Well then you gotta figure out what you're going to do with all that free time.

Then you know how to fix cabinets or tubs or things like that?

I have faith in you. But you just want to make sure you're prepared before you go off.

Hey, it's not my fault that Soldier didn't teach practical skills!

Practical skills with a sword and magic and how to follow orders were all that Shinra was going to teach you. Everything else, you have to learn on your own.

[Yeah, he knows. Zack sighs. He needs something more than that.]

Yeah, well I'm not going to live on that, am I?

[He sighs and reaches out to pet the pup a bit more.]

I need something more than what ShinRa gave me.
