Of course there was absolutely no question he'd be forced to attend. At first she'd considered trying to filter it away from him so that it could be some sort of surprise. Given their previous talk though she knew a surprise wasn't something he really wanted. It seemed like a better idea to give him plenty of warning for her plans and then force him along anyway.

What she hadn't really expected was for him to actually come down. Thinking back she probably should have expected it, but hindsight is always easier to see than predict. She heard the clanking of the gate before she actually saw him and it reminded her that she should get a special set of keys for him just incase she wasn't around anymore. Or in case she was sent home like he'd been. Someone needed to be able to get in fully in case something happened. That was kind of of a depressing line of thought though and adding depressed to wet wasn't a fun idea.

"Still here," she said with a little smile as water dripped from her face. She shook her head (splashing a bit of water around) and chuckled as he put the hat on her head. "You didn't have to give me your hat! Buuut now that your here..." she looked over at a few flowers that were in a patch with a shovel next to them. "I was getting ready to transfer those into pots before the rain started...." now what was she going to do?
