“We shall soon see.” He responded with a grin, handing over some coin and requesting a couple of hand pies. Pointing the selection out and thanking the stall owner, he handed one off to Ivy and kept one for himself. They definitely smelled amazing, and they were still steaming slightly, freshly made.

“Mm… That I do.” Llewellyn responded with a raised brow, “But I always forget in the moment.” He added with a humorous tone. Yes, Llewellyn absolutely was the cat that never minded its own business and ended up in over. “And, even if I do, I rather like to keep the full phrase in mind.” But he nodded still as she said they’d spoken ‘here and there…’ That was… something. But Llewellyn had to wonder just what that meant. “Have you both been busy or…?”

Llewellyn supposed that was true, though. Better for the world to not know everything about a people who they might not think of kindly, sometimes secrets were safer… But he smiled, “Then ability to see better than I can at night aside, I would say you are still plenty mysterious.” He added with a smile, before finally moving to try to take a bite of pie.

Only to pause at the question. Humming a little, he waved a hand a bit. “I would certainly try if I thought it seemed necessary. I uh- dislike seeing friends at odds with each other.”
