[Yuki is at the chocobo ranch and at first there's only chocobos shown on the feed with all different colours of the birds shown. But after a pan around the spacious yard, Yuki's voice comes over it though the camera is decidedly not on himself.]

I guess..this is kind of late to be asking. But I don't suppose anyone can teach me how to ride a chocobo?

[Because Cloud just had an air about him that he had a million other more important things to do than teach him how to ride a huge bird. But still, he smiled because he was grateful that the man would take a few precious minutes to help him out.]

[It was a practiced air of indifference, but it worked.]

Sure. [And after a pause.] Are you paying?

Ah yes, of course.

[He learned here pretty quickly that no one did things for free.]

I don't know how much to pay you though.

[Yuki didn't normally ask for help with things.]

[It's more that Cloud's been taught people think you're a nice person if you do things for free, and that's the last thing he needs.]

We'll figure it out.

[That didn't mean it was good at it.]

[Well that was more than good enough in Yuki's eyes, so he nodded.]

[He wasn't sure how to take this guy or what his perspective on things were. In an odd sort of way he reminded Yuki of Kyo with the gruff exterior. But the man did want to help him so that was more in line with Hatsuharu.]

When do you have time?

[Because to demand the man's time even if he was paying him was just downright rude.]

[Because he didn't want to ask the kind man if he could do it now. That would be rude and presumptuous.]

[It gives him time to prepare to actually be something other than stoic anyway.]

[He nodded and did a small bow, very grateful for the offer even if he was going to be paying the man.]
