I thought it might help
Who; Nida
skyward_eyes & Ignis
faithfulsupport for the first part, but then OPEN And Please feel free to set a prompt for Nida as well if wanted!
What; Discussion for Autumn wedding plans
Where; Their place
When; Before the plants invade
Warnings; None, will change if necessary
For Nida -
Today was a day that they both had off, so after breakfast, Ignis had cleaned up and got some coffee brewing. He had made quite the list in preparation for their joint meeting today and he kept having the sense of time ticking until they exchanged vows.
Clothing was sorted, food was still up in the air on some things but Ignis could whip up a lot of things in a hurry. The guest list was still to be determined, though they had spoken about a place to hold the wedding. Hopefully, the weather would cooperate and they could marry outside. But as to who was going to marry them, that was a thing that they needed to discuss too. And Ignis needed to clarify their theme and colours.
Outside - OTA
Ignis is walking around outside and is watching a few of the leaves fall. A few are turning colours and it marks the passage of time to him that he's been here almost a year. It's really strange to think about how simply landing in another world has completely changed said world. So he can be found looking at some trees just beyond a park bench. And as yet another leaf falls he smiles.
"It's quite the lovely time of year isn't it?"
Wildcard - OTA
[Feel free to make something up, I'm game! Nida is available for prompts too!]

However, if clothing was needed, he had a particular man in mind for the job. And of course Ignis would be willing to pay to properly outfit the lad.

Ignis’ caution over making it sound like he was judging the kid about his clothing was smart, Mono already felt a bit weird based on some things that were common in his world… Turning back to the man he nodded. “Yeah, that’s all I had when I came here. I had a few other hats! But I think they fell outa my pockets when I was running away from someone before I got here.”
Though, the boy smiled excitedly as he thought of something he could be rather proud to tell Ignis about. “But I got a job!! I’m gonna run messages for people, and my new boss says he’s gonna get me shoes for it.” Mono had never been able to get shoes before, even scrounging around empty apartments in the pale city had never yielded any pairs that fit properly.
But the boy definitely could use some clothes that didn’t look like they were covered in dirt or who knew what else. His trench coat had seen better days, even if he was very attached to it.

He himself didn't get a childhood because he was busy keeping Noctis out of trouble and studying, but that wasn't a thought that passed through his head.
But at Mono's answer, the advisor nodded. He had to be careful here and he knew that so he knelt to the other's level. "Well, what say you to getting more hats?" And before he got an answer, Ignis got the news about how the other had a job. And fortunately he was so "Well in that case, a proper messenger should have more clothing and mayhaps more than one pair of shoes."
no subject
So this? This was definitely something to enjoy and support. The kid needed it, and more.
Mono didn’t quite get that Ignis was offering him the things he needed, though. The man would have to be a little more clear on that matter, since the kid really didn’t know what to expect from people around him. “Yeah, I think you’re right. I’m kinda nervous to carry messages to the fancier businesses and stuff… I kinda don’t look like I fit in there. I just don’t know how to go about getting more clothes and stuff. Especially before I start… They’re expensive!”

He paused, trying to mentally picture this boy in the clothing he himself wore as a boy.
"But if it's money you're worried about, you needn't be. I will take care of that detail for you."
In his mind children shouldn't worry about finances.
no subject
Children should definitely not need to worry about finances, but Mono didn’t know that. In his world, currency wasn’t really a thing anymore… Nor were children living in happy families where they were provided for. They fended for themselves, because adults were no longer what they once were. No one really even worked anymore, and the few that did were just… seeming to go through the motions in a warped mimicry of the job. “What? But… Um… Don’t you gotta save money for stuff? You already feed me, Mr. Ignis…! And I’m kinda just a random kid, right?”
no subject
"Well after we get you a good solid wardrobe I'm sure they will simply think of you as one of their own of sorts." And if not, they'd answer to Ignis, but he didn't say anything about that.
But the advisor shook his head, trying to allay the lad's fears. "I am the one offering Mono. There are no strings, no favours or paybacks are required. And while you may be as you say 'a random kid', acts of kindness never go out of style." Another smile was leveled at the boy. "And who knows? Maybe one day you yourself can do a favour for someone else here. I believe the expression is 'paying it forward' as it were."
no subject
So he listened a little more to Ignis’ offer. It still felt weird to him to think about accepting it… “Um… I dunno, I guess…” But Ignis was definitely a more honest sort of adult. Surely the man meant what he said about no strings or expectations that might come back to bite him later. And… Well, his soon-to-be-boss had explained things recently in a way that kind of made sense when it came to adults insisting on helping out kids here compared to where he was from. So it made him a little more hesitant to give a flat ‘no’ on the matter. He liked Ignis, and did not want him to feel bad for not letting him do this… “I guess if you’re really sure…? And I like to do favours for people… So I think I could manage that!” He responded finally with a small nod.
“I like to watch for people who need help in the market sometimes… There was a nice man who got his money stolen last week! I got it back for him though.” That had been one of the more exciting incidents he’d gotten to help out with of late.

"I'm quite certain." came the answer. He realized Mono wasn't expecting anything and the lads back home might wonder what came over their beloved frugal advisor if they knew. Still, none of them were present and Ignis was well known for doing his own thing if he was certain he was right. And no one dared to gainsay him. But for now he smiled at the wee lad as the other thought the offer over and decided that he too could do favours for others.
At the news of the market happenings, Ignis nodded. "Well then I see that you have quite a good idea as to what needs to be done already, so you should have no issues going forward."
And all of that proved Mono had a good heart.
no subject
Well, if Ignis was certain… Then Mono couldn’t really argue further on the subject. “Um…” He supposed he should say something to that, and the kid fidgeted since he wasn’t sure what to say other than, “Thank you, Mr. Ignis.” He would do his very best to help people and to do a good job at work to make sure that the help the man provided wasn’t wasted on him.
He did, however, realize that maybe he should be careful about what he got for clothes. If people were going to be nice to him like that, he could at least save some of their trouble by making sure they didn’t buy him a thing he didn’t need. “I don’t think I need a winter jacket and gloves, though. My boss person, Tommy, said that I’ll have one for work when the winter happens!”
Does Mono know that Ignis knows Tommy? No, no, he does not.
no subject
Finally though he got an answer and the advisor nodded. "We can go whenever you're ready and I can let the gentleman know ahead of time that we're coming." He was definitely stopping by the shop to inform Rhy that he might have a small customer coming in needing a whole lot of clothes.
Green eyes then lit up in surprise at hearing Tommy would be providing for the boy as well and he smiled. "Well in that case, we shan't overstep our bounds." And he was so highly amused at hearing about Tommy being a boss.

The kid fussed with the brim of his hat a bit, “So I guess it’s probably better to do it whenever you got time. I think you’re probably a busier person than me.” He added with a thoughtful tilt of his head. Most of his time was spent following people or exploring after all, it wasn’t as though the kid had much structure to his days. At least having a job would help with that a little.
no subject
His own circumstances had been unique but he didn't want to think on that point much at all. Still, he tried to come up with something that might work for the both of them.
"Well how about tomorrow or is that perhaps too soon?"
no subject
The question gets a small pause, “Umm…” Mono hummed a little, as though he had a schedule to worry about. He didn’t of course, and would likely not until Tommy had everything ready. Mono was also pretty sure that Illyana was still too busy to take him to see that Limbo place, so his day was quite free as usual. “I don’t got anything to do yet… I don’t think so, anyway. Aside from maybe checking the market around lunchtime to make sure someone got their stuff okay.” You know, just in case Mr. Rhy got his money stolen again. Plus, the snacks the man shared with him were good. “So tomorrow should be okay?”
no subject
Which too should include an outfit for the wedding, but that he would need to talk to Nida and Rhy with. That of course didn't include mentioning the invite to the lad, but Ignis figured he had overwhelmed the boy enough with the things he wanted to get for him to ensure he had what he needed.
no subject
It was probably smart to not throw too many ideas at the child, anyway. Understanding was one thing. Adjusting another. Plus, the child was finally making up his mind to meet Nida himself, and who knew what would come of that.
no subject
He couldn't help but smile at how the boy had come so far with him. But he simply let the smile show and crouched down to the other's height. "My last question is wishing to know you if you've eaten today."
Obviously he had every intention of feeding the boy if necessary or if the other needed more food in the mean time. But other than that, he tried to stay out of Mono's way so that he could do things on his own. He just hoped that in an emergency (or even non emergency) that if it came down to it, the boy would know to come running to him.
no subject
His stomach did grumble though at the thought of food. It had been a while since breakfast… And he’d been running around a lot.
no subject
But then he heard the rumbling tummy and he smiled. "Sounds as if your stomach is reminding you to eat again." So he stood up to his full height. "Then what do you say to my treating you to lunch? And afterwards I will leave you until tomorrow morning so we can get you some work clothing?"
no subject
The comment about his grumbly stomach gets an awkward little tilt of his head as he pulled the brim of his hat down even further. “Yeah, I guess it is. I kinda forgot to go back for more.” And the boy was still getting used to the fact that he had good, fresh food so readily available to him compared to his world. It was easy to forget that he could just seek someone out or run inside and grab some leftovers until he was actually in the apartment. But the offer is definitely welcome, “Okay! Thanks Mr. Ignis.”
