"Some evil cannot simply be stopped. It must be ended." There was more firmness in her voice there than any almost anything else she had said. It was naïve and dangerous for people to think otherwise. Yet for some reason so many felt otherwise and then more people suffered and more bad things happened. All because they wanted to hold onto some ideal of it being wrong to decide who lived or died. It wasn't as though a villain thought about that before they killed people.
