“Mm… So it started out one way, and then you mastered it.” He responded, humming a little. At least that’s what it sounded like, given what it could do. “Stunning people seems rather useful in stopping them, I uh— know the other detective I worked with had invented something that could do that.” Unfortunately, Llewellyn might have been a little more like-minded with her teammates. He had never had the stomach for killing, and had confessed on one occasion that he didn’t have it in him… Though in some situations he could have hardly blamed someone for doing so themselves. After what happened to his brothers, Llewellyn grew somewhat frustrated with himself for not being able to do what had needed to be done to protect them.

“Mm… Yes, I was just trying to work it out in my head, I suppose.” He responded with an awkward duck of his head. Llewellyn was more hung up on trying to work out what had happened to this woman, given all the little details she’d shared here and there about her life… It added up to ‘complicated’ to him, and he certainly didn’t want to forget as he was prone to on occasion. He wasn’t about to start writing her life story down, but somehow he also doubted she’d like to repeat herself at a later date if he did forget key details she’d explained to him. “It seems rather complicated. You must have a lot to contend with between limbo and your own world.”

And now this one, he supposed.
