The metaverse is a cognitive world that only a few of us can access. I actually sort of… Fell in the first time when someone else activated the app we used to get there.” It had been a whole thing… “But, as a persona is a reflection of one’s inner self, a contract can only be formed with them in that cognitive world under certain conditions. So, since they’re a part of yourself made manifest, they can only be called upon there as well. At least usually, I know of one other situation now where that world has apparently bled into our own… And then there’s this world.” Which seemed to have its own set of rules and they weren’t cut off from their abilities.

Yusuke hummed a little, looking more closely at one of the drawings. “Perhaps they have a certain youthful charm about them.” So yes, they did look like kids’ drawings, but he also said they were charming…! That was… good? “But having seen what you can do around your shop, I would say that they are the beginnings of beautiful pieces of artistic displays. So they are an important part of the process.” Even his artwork started with rough outlines, and outlines were only that… Rough collections of lines to indicate an idea taking form. “Perhaps not quite that far, though I would argue that some recompense is owed for such behavior. I had rather wanted to see it closer. It looked rather interesting!”
