I'm still gaining my bearings here but I suppose that it would be important to get some form of work sooner rather than later.

I've never really had a traditional job so I admit I'm not sure where to begin.

From what I understand there are various businesses in the market that offer employment. Most appear to require trade skills of some kind, if you posses any of those. I'm afraid I have little experience with traditional employment myself so my advice is rather limited.

Go be a waiter or something at the tavern. It's an entry level that often accepts no prior experience. You'd get good at it.

Oh man, I so feel you here. I'm trying ALL SORTS of jobs! Like, there are plenty of openings. And apparently apprenticeships. It's awesome!

You might be surprised what skills you have that could be translatable. I have heard of someone learning from the blacksmith here, there's someone that runs a delivery service, a few people have found employment cooking or cleaning kitchens, and one woman opened a flower shop I believe. If you have any experience with any of those things you should be able to find something.

That's a unique answer. But I like it! I've got some part time positions available. It's nothing much, just mostly handling order pickups and sometimes running the registers.
