Yuffie was surprised and a little hurt but the disappointment was quickly replaced with pride. "It's the best place in any universe and the center of Gaia. It's where I was born and it's awesome." She crossed her arms over her chest. "You just don't know because you haven't seen it."

She loved her home but the version of Yuffie that Leon had grown up with had lost her home as a young child. She hadn't had the same memories or connection with Wutai that this Yuffie has.
