He just smiled at hearing Mono think it over and as he'd said, it wasn't a major decision to make at this point. The boy could decide for himself since he was old enough to at least be considering that much. Ignis wouldn't change his life path for the world and yet he wouldn't ever want to burden someone with all that he had to do starting at age six. By Mono's age he was so engrossed in books and learning and maps and everything else it took in order to prepare for his future role as royal advisor.

But in no time he had breakfast ready and on the table in an orderly manner. Everything was cooked and the fresh bread had been turned into toast with the preserves on the side.

His eyes looked up to see his husband with the boy in tow and he couldn't help but to think of Nida as a mother chick with her baby following her. Of course he well knew the answer he'd get should he say anything so he didn't.

After the two came back, he simply nodded. "Breakfast is ready, and you should both sit down and eat before it gets cold." A fresh cup of hot tea designated Nida's seat but then he sat and waited for the other two to get started.
