Llewellyn listened to Yuki’s explanation. It was interesting to hear that he seemed to know Cloud a little better. The detective had found Cloud a bit difficult to engage in conversation with most of the time, aside from a slightly more recent conversation… Though, Llewellyn had to admit… he had done most of the talking that time, trying to impart advice that might help.
“You’re quite right, and arranging flowers for that kind of event is really an enjoyable challenge.” He added with a smile, having handled the flower arrangements for his own wedding a year ago now.
The idea of having Lauri-Ell and Yuki’s gardens closer was a lovely idea though, and he rather hoped they came to an agreement. “I hope you both come to an agreeable arrangement, then. It would be nice to see you both closer.” He added with a smile, beginning to fuss with some orchids in a pale blue vase. For some reason, the detective just enjoyed the idea of having the people he’d grown close to here, near enough to see and speak with. Maybe it had a little to do with how things had been going for him at work in his world, with all the disagreements and difference in beliefs held there… But everyone here was far more open-minded and accepting, and everyone was heard. Not shoved aside in favour of preconceived stereotypes or prejudices.
