"Nothing worth burdening you with." Or, more accurately, nothing she wished to discuss. Truthfully most of the original members of SEES had a horrid habit of simply not discussing their issues. Some buried them their commitment to getting stronger, some buried them by isolating themselves, and some buried them with a combination of isolation and burying themselves in other distractions. Mitsuru was the last one. Despite her resolve having lead to her Persona's evolution she was finding herself still at a loss on how to discuss everything that had transpired. Perhaps that was because the only resolution she'd truly come to was that she'd continue to fight on for the sake of everyone, rather than just giving up like she'd originally felt like doing. Not that she'd recognize that.
"That depends on whom you ask," she said jovially. "I have only recently turned eighteen, but I am the current head of the Kirijo group and have held many responsibilities there for years." And a lot of other responsibilities that a kid should never have. Still, she wasn't quite certain she wanted to be associated with adults.
"The Kirijo group is a globally operating multinational trading company," the words were repeated mechanically, as something she had to hear or say on a fairly regular basis. "We deal largely with research and development as well as manufacturing products that are you used throughout the world in everyday life. I handle much of the day to day reports, meetings, and investment decisions." Along with a very long, very boring, list of other things.
"How disgraceful. They should be able to handle the problems that arise in their own city, rather than relying on the unfortunate people that have been brought here against our wills."
