Yes, Mono had a tendency to run headlong into things, whether it was a good idea or not. Smart as he was, sometimes he could be impulsive, especially if he were trying to help. It was, indeed, lucky that the list had gotten stuck… Otherwise Mono would have just kept chasing after it till he got it, probably with a few scrapes and bruises from the endeavour if he did fall over.

Instead, he seemed to be mostly unscathed by the chase. So once he was in a decent place to reach the paper, he hung onto the sign resting on top of the stall and leaned forward. His fingers wiggling a little as he tried to catch the edge of it… Just a little further!! “It’s just being kinda silly.”

But with a little luck, as a breeze nudged it back his way, he managed to catch hold of it and tugged it free. Turning and waving it excitedly in the air for her to see. “I got it!!!” He called out, sitting on the edge of the stall roof and grinning rather triumphantly.
