"Well, friendly and enthusiastic are wonderful traits to have." Ignis replied, nodding at the dog. It hadn't come over to him, but he wasn't one to try and force an interaction. His only experience with dogs were Umbra and Pryna, Lady LunaFreya's faithful canine companions, so he was content to just watch Pretzel do his thing.

But he drew his attention back to Llewellyn and nodded. "It seems to be quite the process and of course both of you have to adore the place." Which was true of course. And then he smiled. "I keep looking and am more than happy to send you some of the leads I have if that would meet with your approval."

Besides a small part of him hoped they would be neighbours or at least not far away from each other. And if not that was all well and fine too as each couple would have to make their own way in this world and Ignis knew that.
