"People do their best, I think, and sometimes that leads to their worst. Sometimes they think they're doing the right thing and don't realize the bigger picture until it's too late." At least that had been the case in her experiences. She returned his smile with one of her own, though it wasn't quite as bright as it usually might be. "It's nice of you to say you think I'm pleasant." Sometimes people just found her frustrating and she realized that. She tried to keep things together, but she spent a bit too much time off in her own head sometimes.

"I like butterflies," she said with a laugh. "If we're all stuck here together we might as well try to make friends, right?" They might end up needing it if this place turned out to be anything like the other place she was.

"I don't think there's much worse that could happen than what happened to people there." Her expression was very somber with that comment. "You're right though. It is very rude. Some of us have our own problems in our own worlds we need to fix." And it didn't seem quite fair to be recruited to fix a different worlds muck ups.
